Amenities Update

Installation is now complete on a new 3-stage water treatment system for our condo building fresh water supply.  This consists of a sediment treatment system (for dirt, rust, etc.), an activated carbon filter (for taste & odor) and an ozonator (for bacteria). This is in addition to the annual certification of the entire Puerto Vallarta city water system which continues to exceed specifications and is one of the highest rated municipal systems in Mexico.

Special Note

Please do not confuse Puerto Vallarta with other locations in Mexico that are experiencing problems with drug related crime. Puerto Vallarta is a safe community that is oriented to tourism. Most of the incidents involving the so called 'drug wars' are centered around the border between the United States and Mexico. Puerto Vallarta is 1000 miles away.
